Q. How does the order process work?
Here is how the order process works:
1. Fill out the order form on the "Order" page.
2. Email your photo(s) to megansartservices@yahoo.com. Title your email "Photos - First and Last Name" if you have more than 6 photos, please send every 6 photos in a separate email. Photos must be in order and named accordingly.
3. You will receive your quote form within 24 hours and your proof within 2-3 business days (M-F). This will start from the time you email your photos. Then, after each revision, I will send you a proof until the final is approved. Remember, all proofs are free and no payment is required at this time. You are under no obligation to purchase until you are 100% satisfied with your design.
4. After you give your final approval, you will be sent a PayPal invoice by email where you can pay by credit card or PayPal account if you have one. if you decide to pay by check there will be a waiting period to make sure the check has cleared. Money orders are also accepted.
5. Once payment is completed, I will submit your order to be printed at a professional photo lab. Please allow 3-5 business days (M-F) for printing. If for some reason this takes longer I will let you know immediately. *I can't make changes to cards after I send them to be printed, so please make sure to double check your card details and spelling before giving your final approval.
6. When you cards are printed, I package them and ship them via USPS. If you would like RUSH shipping we can arrange to go through a carrier such as UPS or Fed-Ex.
Q. How long will it take until I receive my printed cards?
Approximately 7-10 business days from when you give your final approval and complete payment.
Q. What format do the photos need to be?
Photos need to be in a .jpg or .bmp format in the highest resolution possible.
Q. How long does building a website take?
This varies depending on your site content and the time it takes to review and revise.
Q. What happens if I need changes made after the site is done?
This is fine. I do charge a maintainence fee on a case by case basis.
Q. What service do you use to create websites?
Currently I amusing GoDaddy.com and Webs.com. I will be branching out to building more intricite sites at a later date. I am working with a vendor at the moment.
Q. How much will it cost to build a website?
Please contact me for a quote. Every website is unique and a reflection of you or your business, the price will vary on content and the time it will take create.
Q. How long does it take to create business cards?
Creating business cards can take from 3-7 business days. Just like cards you will review them before being sent off to print.
Q. What quantity can I get?
Business cards come in quantities of 250, 500 and 1000.
