I have been interested in Graphic Art since I was in high school. I was enrolled in a Marketing program for two years through Mission Valley ROP and completed college courses for Web Design and Basic HTML. I was always computer savvy and began creating graphic art work in 2000. My boss at the time was a Graphic Artist and Web Designer in his spare time and taught me a lot of what he knew about design and the print industry.
When I changed jobs in the summer of 2007 I was fortunate enough to be put in a position where I could create flyers, brochures and other various artwork for my company. I also get the opportunity to start attending school to brush up on my current skills and learn a lot more within Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
I came upon the idea to do artwork on the side and creating this website when I created my daughter's 1 year birthday invitation. I received so many compliments and offers from people to do work for them I knew this was the next logical step for me. I am a strong believer in doing what you love and I love being creative and being able to showcase my artistic side.
